PATTERN AND MODIFICATIONS

Keruk Jeans are cut on my personal patterns, based on vintage American jeans. I do not make bespoke jeans. Keruk Jeans are ready to wear products. I can make simple alterations on the pattern on request. For instance, I can make the leg slimmer or wider, straight leg, or even boot cut, usually without additional costs.
Design features can also be personalized on request. Let’s talk about that, and I will see what I can do. Please understand that I may not satisfy all your requests. If you don’t ask me crazy things, I will probably say yes. Please also understand that special requests mean additional work, and the cost of the jeans will change accordingly.

Keruk Jeans はアメリカのヴィンテージジーンズをベースにした、私独自のバターンを用いています。ビスポークジーンズは作りません。 Keruk Jeans はレディー・トゥ・ウェアーです。ご要望により、簡単な手直しをバターンに加えることは可能です。例えば、レッグラインをよりスリムに、あるいはワイドにする、ストレートカット、もしくはブーツカットも、通常は追加料金をいただくことなく対応します。
デザインについては、リクエストに応じてパーソナライズすることも可能です。まずは話をしてみましょう、私にできることを検討します。全てのリクエストに必ずしもお応えできるわけではないことを、どうかご理解ください。とはいえ、突拍子もないクレージーな事でない限り、私は引き受けるでしょうけれども。そして、そういった特別のリクエストには追加の作業が発生し、それに応じてジーンズの価格も変わってくることはどうかご理解ください。

PAYMENTS

For payments from outside Japan, I only accept bank transfer. From inside Japan, other form of payments can be arranged.
When I am ready to start making your jean, I will send you a payment request via email. After I receive the payment, I will start making the jean. It takes me 80 hours of work to complete one pair. Of course, if the pair you order is in stock, it will be sent to you immediately after I receive the payment.

お支払の確認をもってジーンズの制作を始めます。１本のジーンズには約８０時間かかります。もちろん、ご注文の品がすでにストックにある場合は、お支払の確認後直ちに発送いたします。

RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND

Please understand that due to the unique characteristics of the product, return, exchange, and refund are not possible. That being said, if you believe there is something wrong with your brand new pair of Keruk Jeans, contact me immediately and explain me what the problem is. At the end of the process, I want that your pair of Keruk Jeans goes beyond your highest expectations, not the opposite.
