Rivets

Rivets are one of the most defining and historical feature of jeans, if not the most. In order to enhance their importance, all the rivets are made with solid copper. After being engraved by hand, flame coloring brings out innumerable, unexpected tones on their surface. Finally the rivets are hammered by hand. Keruk Jeans feature four concealed rivets on the back pockets, and six exposed rivets on the front.

リベットは、ジーンズの典型的、そして歴史的な特徴のひとつ。その重要性を際立たせるため、使用するリベットは全てコッパー製。手作業でKeruk Jeans のロゴを打刻した後、炎による着色処理を施し、表面にそれぞれ表情の異なるトーンを加えている。リベットの打ち込みも手作業。Keruk Jeans には、バックポケットに４つの隠しリベット、前面に６つの露出リベットが、効果的に用いられている。
