Fabric

I use Japanese denim made by Nihon Menpu, an old mill established in 1917 in Okayama Prefecture. Their traditional shuttle looms produce some of the best denim fabric in the world. 14 ounces, American cotton, with rough and uneven texture, is my favorite denim to work with. Ocean blue, turquoise, emerald green: these are only a few colors of the many you can find in the depth of this beautiful denim.

Keruk Jeans は、1917年創業の日本綿布（岡山県）製デニム生地を使用。日本綿布の伝統的な織り機は、世界でも数限られた素晴らしいデニムを生み出している。ラフで画一的ではない１４オンス、アメリカンコットンのテクスチャーが、私のお気に入りだ。オーシャンブルー、ターコイズ、エメラルドグリーン…ここに挙げた色調にとどまらず、美しいデニムの深淵に多くの色を目にする事が出来るはずだ。
